About Us
Concrete cutting presents its own challenges in construction projects large or small. Preparing before we arrive will also save you costs on unforeseen labor charges. With our experience and training along with your preparation, we can make each job a success.
Listed below are a few informational tips that will help us provide better service and efficiency when we arrive on site:
- Silica Control ( We use a wet cutting process but some dust will escape, Clean environments may require you to install barrier walls to prevent fine dust from traveling. Fire Alarms will need to be disabled, firetruck fines are on the customer.)
- Open Areas ( Provide as much work room as possible. Some equipment we use are large and require large turning areas.) New silica laws prohibit others in our work area, containment could be necessary for some jobs.
- Floor Protection (Protect any carpet or tile from our equipment and bootprints.)
- Water Protection ( We provide some cleanup while we are cutting but the water travels. Any items near the work area are subject to water damage. Remove any items, carpet, boxes, furniture, etc that would be damaged.)
- Noise Control ( The cutting process is loud and noisy, neighbors will be disrupted.)
- Underslab Utilities ( Anything damaged from the cutting process is the responsibility of the customer. There are utilities under concrete, under grade, in walls, and in hidden areas that may be cut or damaged from water. Areas may need to be scanned / x-rayed to locate utilities before we start.)
